The mixture contains 3 types of seeds (sunfl ower seeds, linseeds and sesame seeds) and two types of cereals (oat flakes and wheat flakes). The products made from this mix are beneficial in terms of nutrition. The mixture is added to the dough or used as surface decoration. The seeds do not need to be soaked before use, so it is time-saving and the manufacturing process is simplified.

The product was developed for surface treatment; it is a colourless, odourless and homogeneous product. Mixed with water, it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days . Its use simplifies the handling of allergenic ingredients. With double smearing, the product’s surface becomes glossy.
